Audit Supervisor Full Time

We have an amazing opportunity for an Audit Supervisor at a growing audit & professional services firm based in Bryanston, JHB! The main purpose of this role is:
– To lead audit engagements from planning to completion, review engagement files, manage budgets and deadlines, and supervise and mentor SAICA Trainee Accountants while delivering high-quality client service.

We require a candidate with:
• Education: BCom (Hons), CTA, or equivalent (CA(SA) designation is highly advantageous).
• Experience: Minimum 1-year post-articles experience in an audit supervisory role within public practice.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of leading audit engagements, managing teams, and sound knowledge of SAICA training requirements (LORs & PDSs).
• Technical & Software Skills: Strong technical auditing knowledge (ISAs) and high proficiency in CaseWare.
• Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and a performance-focused approach to driving team accountability.
