Civil Construction Manager / Site Agent

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Wellington, Western Cape.

Role: Civil Construction Manager / Site Agent
Industry: Civil Construction
Level: Senior Management

Key Requirements:
• BEng / BSc / BTech / ND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management on civil projects
• ECSA or SACPCMP registration (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200/GCC)
• Proven civil construction project management experience (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)

• Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Strategic planning and organizational abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with engineers, clients, and suppliers
