Contracts Manager Full Time

An established Project Management company with a proven record of delivering major construction projects is looking for a dynamic Contracts Manager in Johannesburg who is ready to move off site and into a management position. If you are a construction professional with at least 3 years on-site experience in retail, hotel, office and large residential developments then this could be the opportunity for you.

Job requirements:
• BSc Construction Management
• Minimum of 3 years on-site construction experience
• Experience with retail residential, hotel or office developments.

Job description:
• Responsible for overseeing operational and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Manage project timeline and budget.
• Compiling progress reports
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with contractors, consultants and clients.
