Finishing Foreman Full Time

Our client, a large construction company with offices across South Africa, is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their growing team in Durban!

What you will need:
• Occupational Health and Safety Course
• 10 Years + Technical Experience
• 3 Years + Managerial Experience

Your responsibilities will include:
• Plan, implement and manage construction tasks and activities in accordance with priorities and goals
• Manage and monitor labour and subcontractors performance and attendance
• Produce 2 weekly program and resource schedules in line with project program
• Adhere to relevant safety regulations
• Implementation of QCP inspections and checklist sign off’s
