We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Centurion, Gauteng

Role: General Foreman
Industry: Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction
Level: Senior Professional

Key Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• 10 years of experience in construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of construction backgrounds, equipment, and procedures.
• Proven ability to read, understand, and organize construction plans and specifications.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to compile and follow Microsoft Project Professional programs.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Medically fit for construction site duties.

Personal Attributes:
• A highly organized individual capable of planning and overseeing operational projects, and organizing tools, plant, machinery, and materials.
• An effective leader with a strong ability to supervise and manage in-field construction activities, ensuring all contractor activities adhere to the construction schedule and design scope.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications, and that quality of work and materials comply with specifications.
• Dedicated to productivity and cost monitoring on a daily basis.
• Committed to consistently complying with all company policies and procedures, and able to adhere to and enforce site safety rules & regulations on all personnel.
• Possesses good personnel relations, is hardworking, trustworthy, and presentable.
