Human Resources Manager Full Time

A highly respected mining company based in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team

Experience Required:
• At least 7 years’ Human Resource experience within a mining or heavy industry.
• At least 2 years’ experience on a managerial level.
• Strong experience with unions, collective bargaining, and labour relations.
• Exposure to SHEQ, MHSA training requirements, and Mine operational structures.
• Experience in SLP, Employment Equity, and Skills Development compliance.

Requirements:
• National Senior Certificate.
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or Labour Law is advantageous.
