Practice Administrator Full Time

Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Practice Administrator at an established accounting and professional services firm based in Bellville, Cape Town! The main purpose of this role is:
– To support the effective day-to-day administration of the practice, driving workflow follow-up, timesheet and KPI monitoring, recruitment administration, and general internal coordination across all departments.

We require a candidate with:
• Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant diploma/certificate in Office or HR Administration is advantageous).
• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative, HR support, or practice administration role (professional services, accounting, or legal firm experience preferred).
• Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SharePoint, Xero Practice Manager, or GreatSoft is a plus.
• Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a process-driven approach to holding team members accountable to deadlines.
