Role: Principal Structural Engineer
Industry: Engineering/Construction
Level: Senior Executive/Principal Level

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred
• ECSA Professional Registration (Essential)
• 15+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership in engineering roles
• Recognized expertise in structural engineering with published work or industry contributions
• Proven track record in strategic planning and organizational leadership
• Experience overseeing high-value, complex structural projects
• Strong technical authority in design approvals and project solutions
• Experience in developing and implementing engineering strategies
• Track record of driving innovation and integrating cutting-edge technologies
• Experience in mentoring engineers and leadership development
• Portfolio management experience with budget and timeline accountability
