Senior Financial Accountant Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a leading agri-business in South Africa, Somerset West. The main purpose of this role is:

To maintain financial integrity, ensure accurate financial reporting, support cashflow and risk management, and provide strategic financial insights that enable the organization to meet its operational and growth objectives while ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

We require a candidate with:
• A 3-year diploma/degree in accounting (postgraduate degree highly advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• SAICA/SAIPA articles advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and policies
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Sage 300 or similar ERP/accounting package
