Senior Project Manager Full Time

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Role: Senior Project Manager
Industry: Construction & Engineering
Level: Senior Management

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent qualification
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Management / Project Management
• Must be registered with SACPCMP as Professional Construction Project Manager
• PMP® certification would be an advantage
• South African industry knowledge and exposure essential
• Working expert knowledge in forms of construction contracts
• Experience in multi-site, geographically dispersed roll-out programmes (greenfield, brownfield, refurbishment and fit-out)
• Large project experience in projects exceeding R300M
• Experience delivering projects within Sub-Saharan Africa beneficial
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery and client interface management
• Strong background in built environment projects from C-Suite engagement through to construction oversight

• Exceptional leadership skills to facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship building capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with design professionals, contractors, and consultants

• Results-driven approach with focus on delivering projects to time, cost, and quality targets
