Site Manager Full Time

Our client, a large multi-disciplinary company with offices around the world, is looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team in Johannesburg!

What you will need:
• B Tech/ Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering
• Diploma in project management or construction.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in site managing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil engineering.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations and specifications.
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, changes, and incidents, including daily reports and logs.
