Site Supervisor Full Time

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Sandton, Gauteng

Role: Site Supervisor
Industry: Building and Maintenance Construction
Level: Experienced Professional

Key Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural, building, and construction works, specifically with a background in maintenance and upgrade construction.
• Proven ability to understand and oversee tiling, painting, and ceiling installations.
• Valid driver’s license is a must, as site visits to different locations will be required.
• Successful candidates will need to share projects previously worked on in building construction and maintenance.

• A highly organized individual who can oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.
• An effective leader, capable of supervising site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Committed to implementing and monitoring quality control measures and ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Financially astute, with the ability to monitor and control project costs and ensure efficient resource use.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable meeting with clients for progress reports and providing regular updates.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during a project.
• Detail-oriented in preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation.
