Civil Engineering Designer Full Time

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in South Africa

Role: Civil Engineering Designer – Municipal Infrastructure
Industry: Engineering Consulting & Municipal Services
Level: Mid-Level (3+ years experience)

Key Requirements:
• B Sc / BEng or B Eng Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Land Infrastructure project design
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for civil services and earthworks design
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and practices (specifically SANS 1200)
• Experience in municipal infrastructure design including roads, stormwater, water, sewer, telecoms, and bulk earthworks
• Ability to prepare project specifications, BoQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
• Construction supervision experience preferred
• Capability to work independently and lead project designs while supporting Project Leaders
