Quantity Surveyor Full Time

An established Civil construction company is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Pretoria. If you have a solid background in residential buildings and mining civils projects, then this is the position for you.

Role requirements:
• 4-6 years’ experience in residential and mining civils experience.
• BSc/ BTech Quantity Surveying
• SACQSP registration is advantageous
• Experience with CCS Candy and Buildsmart

Key responsibilities:
• Compile Bills of Quantities
• Assist with tender documentation preparation and submissions.
• Compile construction contract documents
• Perform cost analysis for various tasks
• Perform risk analysis
• Prepare detailed progress reports
• Manage the daily work done on site.
• Remain informed about health and safety regulations.
