Junior Project Manager
Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a collaborative delivery team in Woodmead. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys working in Agile environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and deliver small to medium-sized projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Assist with project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, product, and technical teams.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts, and change logs.
• Support Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

Requirements
• 2–4 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Junior Project Management roles.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to software development, digital, technology, or product-based projects is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent organisational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
