Roads Engineer Full Time

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Centurion!

Role: Roads Engineer
Industry: Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Development
Level: Intermediate (5+ years experience)

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or B-Tech Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience in roads and transportation engineering
• Strong knowledge of road design, rehabilitation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Experience in contract documentation, project planning, and site supervision
• Ability to manage projects from feasibility to implementation
• Knowledge of relevant municipal and national road standards and regulations
• Strong technical report writing and problem-solving skills
• Experience in liaising with clients, stakeholders, and contractors

• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
