Senior Project Manager Full Time

An established construction support service company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Cape Town. If you are detail oriented with a strong Project Management background, then this is the role for you.

Role requirements:
• BSc/ B Tech Project Management
• SACPCMP registration as Pr. CPM
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Project Management roles for government health projects
• Knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts is essential
• Skilled in PROCSA or CIDB.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage contractors and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with project outlines.
• Manage procurement.
• Manage and compile contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Meet project deadlines.
