Roads and Earthworks Contracts Manager Full Time

Our client is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager with extensive experience in roads and earthworks projects to oversee operations across Zambia and Zimbabwe. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction professional looking to play a strategic role in the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in roads and earthworks construction.
• Proven experience managing large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and project controls.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work across borders and travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in Africa will be advantageous.
