Site Agent Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee the successful delivery of building construction projects in Cape Town. This opportunity is suited to a results-driven construction professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations on building construction projects.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to programme.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage labour, plant, materials, and site resources efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related challenges.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project management teams.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Site Agent within the building construction industry.
• Proven experience managing building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.
