Annual Accounting Supervisor Full Time

Our client has an amazing opportunity for an Annual Accounting Supervisor at an accounting firm based in Umhlali, KZN! The main purpose of this role is:
– To manage the full accounting function, drive complex monthly and yearly reconciliations, oversee client portfolios, and provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of junior staff.

We require a candidate with:
• A completed BCompt degree and completed SAICA articles.
• 4–5 years post-article experience within an SME accounting firm environment.
• At least 3–4 years of direct people management experience post-articles.
• 5 years of intermediate-level CaseWare experience.
• Proven expertise in complex monthly and yearly reconciliation processes.
• Strong leadership abilities, exceptional technical accuracy, and clear client-facing communication skills.
