Financial Business Partner Full Time

We have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Business Partner at a leading insurance company based in Rosebank, Johannesburg!

The main purpose of this role is:

– To provide timely and accurate financial reporting, business partnering insights to senior leadership, and finance support to specific business unit, driving financial strategy, performance tracking, and operational decision-making.

We require a candidate with:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a business partnering capacity
• Experience in short-term insurance accounting
• Proven ability to coach and support finance professionals
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• The ability to present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• High integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
