Senior Application Support Engineer (Client Platform) Full Time

Our client is seeking a technically strong Senior Application Support Engineer to take ownership of enterprise client deployments across desktop, server, application, and network environments. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between C# code, Vue.js/Electron diagnostics, Windows and Linux environments, and complex corporate networking challenges.

Skills Required
• 5+ years’ experience in technical support, solutions engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong hands-on C# experience with the ability to read and interpret application code, stack traces, and logs.
• Hands-on Vue.js and Electron diagnostic experience, including browser DevTools, component/state troubleshooting, IPC, packaging, and updates.
• Working knowledge of Angular sufficient to make small, safe application fixes.
• Experience working from the command line in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting .NET applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across firewalls, proxies, certificates, PKI, TLS, allowlisting, and network connectivity.
• Proficiency with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Experience conducting remote technical sessions and installations with enterprise IT teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation
