Senior Structural Engineer Full Time

Join our client in a senior structural engineering role focused on delivering quality projects across the built environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating design and implementation while supporting project teams, managing stakeholders and maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Duties
• Lead and coordinate structural engineering design and project implementation.
• Manage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Control project documentation and support quality assurance requirements.
• Undertake construction monitoring and contract administration on applicable projects.
• Assist with project budget and cost management where delegated.
• Mentor and manage junior and support personnel.
• Support business development and industry networking activities.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure effective delivery.

Candidate Requirements
• BSc Civil Engineering, BTech Civil Engineering or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech.
• 5+ years of post-professional registration experience.
• Relevant experience within the built environment, especially building-related projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Prokon.
• AEC package, Revit and/or BIM experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of JBCC and NEC contract suites is beneficial.
• NHBRC registration would be advantageous.
• GBCSA registration would be advantageous.
• Strong project coordination, communication and people management skills.
