Construction Supervisor / Finishing Foreman Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Finishing Foreman to join a multi-storey residential construction project in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a strong background in residential finishing who is looking to contribute to the successful delivery of a high-quality development.
This is a project-specific appointment until the completion of the project at the end of 2026, with the possibility of a permanent appointment based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all finishing trades to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor construction progress against programme requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct snag inspections and oversee rectification work.
• Maintain high finishing standards throughout the project.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Finishing Foreman.
• Solid experience on multi-storey residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of finishing trades and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
