Systems & AI Implementation Manager Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems & AI Implementation Manager to take ownership of operational systems, process optimisation, and AI adoption across the business. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on execution, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can drive meaningful change with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of core business systems.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure CRM, project management, and business intelligence systems are effectively utilised.
• Champion AI adoption and identify practical use cases that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and operational reporting.
• Manage implementation projects from planning through to delivery and adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful change management.
• Hold teams accountable for system usage, process compliance, and operational outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in operations, consulting, systems implementation, or related environments.
• Strong experience implementing and improving business systems and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools within a business environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
