Candidate Quantity Surveyor Full Time

An established Contractor is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Johannesburg. If you are passionate about the built environment with an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Role requirements:
• BSc/ B Tech Quantity Surveying
• Must be registered as a Candidate with ECSA.
• 8+ years industry experience specifically on multi-storey residential and housing projects.
• Experience with renovations, alterations and new builds.
• Proficient in CCS Candy

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare Cost estimations
• Compile BOQ’s.
• Draft final accounts.
• Ensure projects remain in budget.
• Be involved in multiple projects.
